Strategy

TAC  has developed a strategic  plan for each of its major objectives in order to help meet the needs of its members:

– Growing the industry’s capability and capacity  by strengthening interregional partnerships and openness to new European partnerships. As a consequence, the region would be an attractive place for other manufacturers to develop local businesses.

– TAC will provide special trainings for its specialists to ensure that the business development skills are available when needed.

– Increase the aircraft industry’s contribution to the economy

– International promotion of cluster capabilities by elaborating a marketing strategy in a cost efficient manner

– TAC will develop infrastructure to support and help grow existing businesses

– Develop individual aviation business
